Since the mid-1990s, Action Printing has offered hundreds of thousands of promotional products. While Action Printing offers a wide range of products, there are some problems with the service. The one that almost leaps off the screen is that Action Printing's website is in dire need of modernization. At the bottom of the page, the company's footer reads, "Providing custom promotional products for over 17 years!" – and it feels like the website hasn't been updated in several of those years. The truth of this feeling is revealed when you click on the Master Catalog tab, which takes you to the page that reads, "The New 2009 Master Catalog is here." Action Printing is literally a time capsule of itself.

Action Printing offers all types of imprints, including engraving, screen printing, embroidery and full-color printing. Unfortunately, the website does not offer a search for items by printing method, which means that if you're looking for an item to engrave or embroider, you may be searching for a long time. To make matters worse, some items that can be imprinted in a number of different ways often only mention one printing method. For example, many metal products only mention screen printing options, even though they can also be engraved.

The company also does not offer graphic design services, which most of its competitors do. This means you'll have to have a print-ready image to send them or you will need to hire your own graphic designer to get the logo ready for printing, which can add a significant amount onto your promotional products bill.
